Sweet Jalapeno Bhel Puri
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 2 cups puffed rice (murmura)
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped tomato (deseeded)
- ¼ cup boiled potato (diced)
- ¼ cup fine sev
- 2 tbsp The Sensory Project Jalapeño Jam
- 1 tbsp green chutney
- 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- Chopped coriander
Process:
- In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, onion, tomato, and potato.
- Add green chutney, tamarind chutney, and Jalapeño Jam.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice, mix gently.
- Top with sev and coriander. Serve immediately.
