Sweet Jalapeno Bhel Puri

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2 cups puffed rice (murmura)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped tomato (deseeded)
  • ¼ cup boiled potato (diced)
  • ¼ cup fine sev
  • 2 tbsp The Sensory Project Jalapeño Jam
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Chopped coriander


Process:

  1. In a large bowl, mix puffed rice, onion, tomato, and potato.
  2. Add green chutney, tamarind chutney, and Jalapeño Jam.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice, mix gently.
  4. Top with sev and coriander. Serve immediately.
