Fiery Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
  • 2 tbsp The Sensory Project Chili Oil
  • 2 tbsp The Sensory Project Lemongrass Thai Chili Hot Sauce
  • 2 eggs (scrambled)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic

Process:

  1. Heat the chili oil in a wok or large pan.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the scrambled eggs and cook until fully set.
  4. Add the cold rice, soy sauce, and lemongrass chili hot sauce, stirring well to combine.
  5. Fry for a few minutes, then serve hot as a spicy, flavorful fried rice.
