Fiery Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
- 2 tbsp The Sensory Project Chili Oil
- 2 tbsp The Sensory Project Lemongrass Thai Chili Hot Sauce
- 2 eggs (scrambled)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
Process:
- Heat the chili oil in a wok or large pan.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Stir in the scrambled eggs and cook until fully set.
- Add the cold rice, soy sauce, and lemongrass chili hot sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Fry for a few minutes, then serve hot as a spicy, flavorful fried rice.
